X-Arcade joysticks are designed for installation in standard 3/4 inch (19mm) thick wood panels. Panels exceeding this thickness require a routed recessed area on the underside to ensure proper joystick shaft clearance and height.

For custom metal or replacement control panels, a 28.575mm (1.125 inch) button hole is acceptable for X-Arcade buttons. For joystick mounting, support has confirmed a 30mm joystick shaft opening and 5mm screw holes.
