Owner-credit route must remain separate from coupon assumptions
Automation Draft Weakness
The earlier automation used a human-takeover flag because current eligibility, credit amount, and coupon stacking had not been verified. It did not identify a safe current path for the customer to proceed.
Manual Reply Improvement
Matt instructed this customer to place the MAX order first, then provide the order number so the already-owned games could be reviewed for a refund path. He did not confirm coupon stacking.
New Drafting Rule
When a current human reply establishes a post-purchase owner-credit review path, a later order-number follow-up may be acknowledged with non-promissory review language. Do not infer the credit amount, coupon stacking, or refund completion from that path.
Storage Decision
Proposed thread-grounded drafting rule only. Owner-credit and commercial terms remain time-sensitive and require current human approval.
