Use This When

An Arcade2TV-XR controller or decorative LED stand flashes its mode color at startup but then goes dark, while some mode-state indication is still visible.

Learned Answer

Before treating this as a failed LED or controller, use the approved reset path shown in the support video and then try pressing and holding P1 Turbo plus the X logo simultaneously. The same step is referenced on page 36 of the user manual.

Ask the customer to report whether the controller turbo/mode/X lights and the decorative stand both resume normal operation after the reset.

Support's public reply 12390802658 gave the video/reset path and the P1 Turbo plus X logo check. In the next customer message 12390867536, the customer confirmed that both the decorative LED stand and controller lights were working correctly.
