Tankstick MAX Two USB Connections

Reusable Guidance

Current Tankstick MAX design uses two separate USB connections:

1. One USB connection handles the trackball/spinner mouse interface.
2. A second USB connection handles the main encoder for joystick and button controls.

Do not tell customers that this current Tankstick MAX behavior is defective or that it should be a single-cable USB setup unless Matt confirms a specific hardware revision exception.
