For Arcade Ranger troubleshooting where the customer says the Arcade2TV-XR works in other apps/games but Arcade Ranger mapping does not, confirm that the Gen2 wireless dongle is in red blinking Keyboard Mode before launching Arcade Ranger and starting the mapping process.

Do not use green blinking X-Input mode or purple blinking Pinball Mode for this Arcade Ranger mapping path.

Ask the customer to confirm the dongle is blinking red before Arcade Ranger is launched. If it is not, have them switch to red Keyboard Mode first, then relaunch Arcade Ranger and retry the mapping flow.
