Learning Proposal: Missing Lighting Cable May Be In The Small Accessory Box

When a customer with an Arcade2TV-XR/controller package says they cannot find the lighting/RGB cable, first ask them to check the small accessory box from the controller/Arcade2TV-XR packaging. That accessory box can contain RGB lighting parts/cables and related small accessories. Do not assume the cable came with the haptics kit.

Evidence

In ticket 31062, support told the customer to check the small accessory box. The customer replied that they had forgotten about the smaller box, found the cable, and that everything was good.

Drafting Guidance

Use this as a first diagnostic step before treating the cable as missing or before promising a replacement/sale path. If the customer still cannot find it, ask for photos of the cables/accessories they do have so support can identify the missing cable.
