AXR-BUNDLE Split Shipment Tracking

Proposed Reusable Process

For Shopify/Freshdesk order-status tickets involving AXR-BUNDLE or Arcade2TV-XR bundle orders, do not treat a single delivered package as proof that the whole bundle arrived.

The bundle can have multiple tracking entries under the order or tracking link:

  1. one package for the controller;
  2. one package for the stand.

When a customer says they received the controller but the stand is missing:

  1. Open the order record in the commerce admin.
  2. Confirm the order includes AXR-BUNDLE.
  3. Inspect all fulfillments/tracking entries, not only the first parcel record shown.
  4. Identify whether a second package is still in transit.
  5. If the stand ETA is verified, explain that the stand is shipping separately and provide the safe ETA.
  6. If the tracking entries cannot be mapped to controller vs. stand, say the bundle can ship in separate packages and ask Matt to verify the stand tracking before sending a precise ETA.
