KB Update - Freshdesk Canned Responses Ingest And Cloud Sync

Freshdesk canned responses were imported into the local KB and filtered before cloud publication.

The full raw archive remains local/internal under vault/freshdesk-canned-responses/. The cloud-visible KB received only the generic support-reference packets under vault/learnings/.

Filtering excluded responses that appeared time-specific, stock-specific, shipping/tracking-specific, refund/return-specific, sales/promotion-specific, code/redeem-specific, private-customer-specific, or too narrow for reusable support knowledge.

This node exists so future automation or support agents can tell why the canned-response KB packets exist, which filters were applied, and whether the local and cloud KBs matched after publication.
