  1. What is it doing or not doing when plugged into a PC using the original serial-USB cable in the X-Arcade Test Program?http://support.xgaming.com/support/solutions/articles/5000545137 2. Xbox 360/One Only (PS4 adapter's button is just turbo mode): When you plug the adapter into your game console with nothing connected to the other end of the adapter, then press the button on the adapter itself, does it react at all like bring up a menu? 3. Do you happen to own a PlayStation 1 or 2 console or any PS1 or 2 gamepads to help with troubleshooting by chance? If you have a PS1 or 2 console please test the X-Arcade with the PS2 or 5in1 adapter on it. If you have a PS1 or 2 gamepad please test if it works on the console using our PS2-X adapter. Let me know what you find. 4. Which do you have from this image? If USB and you did not buy the adapters at the same time as the X-Arcade controller, which PCB revision do you have in your controller from this image?  Instructions here for opening the controller to check. If only 1 player side is not working: Please let me know whether either A) 1 adapter will work no matter which plug it's connected to on the PS2 adapter, and the other won't work on either OR B)  both adapters work on one plug on the PS2 adapter and neither work on the other. This will tell us if the PS2 adapter is bad or one of the other adapters is bad.
