Automation Update - Workflow Node System

The KB sync workflow now supports a dedicated workflow-node path for automation updates, KB updates, versions, revisions, and general operating decisions.

The cloud builder includes vault/workflow-nodes/, but it publishes only workflow nodes that are explicitly marked cloud_sync: true, safe_for_cloud_kb: true, and review_status: active.

This keeps local-only operational notes separate from cloud-safe summaries while still making important workflow history available through the XGameRoom KB mirror.

Future automation and internal workflow improvements should add one or more workflow nodes when the change would otherwise be hard to reconstruct from logs or state files.
