Arcade2TV-XR marquee light first checks

When an Arcade2TV-XR pedestal or marquee acrylic light does not turn on after assembly, start with non-invasive power, brightness, and connector checks before treating it as a failed LED bar.

Reusable guidance:

  1. Confirm the unit is connected to the USB-C wall power adapter. USB-B is for data/firmware connection to a computer and may not power the lights by itself.
  1. Check whether lighting is disabled or brightness is set to zero, especially if the light briefly flashes at startup.
  1. To raise the light brightness, support may instruct the customer to press and hold P1 Mode and the X logo on the touch panel together.
  1. Unplug and reconnect the marquee/acrylic light cable at both ends, making sure the connector is aligned and fully seated.
  1. If the connector appears seated but the light still does not turn on, gently wiggle the light cable while the unit is powered and watch for flicker.
  1. If the customer can connect to a Windows PC through rear USB-B, run the Arcade2TV software as Administrator and perform Factory Reset after confirming the controller is detected.
  1. If the light still does not work, ask for a short video showing the unit powered on, the marquee cable being unplugged and plugged back in at both ends, and whether the light flashes at startup.
