Arcade2TV-XR has no lights or is stuck in bootloader

If an Arcade2TV-XR has no console lights, is not detected by the software, or shows a bootloader-style message such as enter bootloader succeed, treat it as a possible firmware recovery case before replacing hardware.
Recovery checklist:
- Connect USB-C power to a wall adapter. The lights and touch panel may not turn on from the USB-B data cable alone.
- Close the Arcade2TV-XR software.
- Hold the force firmware button while plugging the USB-B cable directly into the PC.

If a firmware install appears to complete but the controller still behaves incorrectly, delete the downloaded firmware file, download a fresh copy, and reinstall it before assuming the board is damaged.
