Customer (2025-11-19)

The customer asked whether the Spinner Add-On Kit needs a separate booster kit and whether the delayed X-Force Haptics Kit would affect the rest of the order.

Agent (2025-11-19)

Support explained that the Spinner Add-On Kit already includes the booster feature, so no separate booster kit is needed. Support also noted that the haptics kit was delayed because the software side was still being completed.

Customer (2025-11-20)

The customer asked whether there would still be room to install the spinner kit once the haptics speakers were installed. They also raised a VR usability issue: when the trackball is used as a mouse, fingers can hit the lighted strip above the trackball because of the close spacing.

Agent (2025-11-21)

Support explained that the haptic speakers mount in the middle-upper section, while the spinner kits sit on each side, so the spinner kit and haptics kit should not interfere with each other. Support also acknowledged the trackball/light-bar concern and said a low-profile guard or cover was being reviewed as a possible add-on.

Another Arcade2TV-XR upgrade thread confirmed the same fit path: the Pinball Haptics / pinball back panel is compatible with the spinner add-ons, and the spinner kit can be installed on that panel. If the customer already has spinners installed, use the Quest controller mount intended for the pinball/spinner setup.

Customer (2025-12-05)

The customer asked whether the VR controller pieces are 3D printed and whether they can be painted. They also asked which button acts as the click/action button when using the trackball as a mouse.

Classification Notes

Kept because the thread contains reusable product support knowledge about spinner kit placement, haptics kit fit, VR trackball ergonomics, and mouse action-button behavior. Order/refund details from the same conversation were intentionally excluded from this note. A later upgrade thread added explicit confirmation that the pinball/haptics back panel remains compatible with the spinner add-ons.
