International customers will be responsible for all customs/duties imposed by their country, and if your package has not been delivered to you it may be being held waiting for you to contact them to pay customs duties.
If your country or address is not accepted in the cart, ask support to check the exact product and destination before concluding that shipping is unavailable. A checkout rejection alone is not proof of a country-wide shipping restriction.

Cart rejects a destination that support may serve
A reviewed Canada checkout case received explicit support confirmation that Canada was served, despite the customer's cart rejection. Support asked which product the customer was ordering before investigating. The later checkout result was not reported; a suspected address-detection problem was not an established cause.
Send support the exact product/variant, destination country and the cart's error wording. Share full address details privately only if needed. Support should confirm the applicable product/destination and a valid checkout route; do not assume a universal shipping ban, completed checkout repair or guaranteed delivery from the initial cart message or a historical reply. Use the current checkout or a verified quote for shipping cost and timing.
Checkout error names an unavailable item
Read the complete error message before repeating browser or address troubleshooting. If it identifies a particular product/variant as unavailable, give support that exact item and message so its current availability and checkout route can be checked. Do not assume an account or address fault from a generic checkout failure.
In one reviewed case, a customer trying to order a Tri-Mode PCB and joystick parts initially reported a checkout error, then clarified that the message named the unavailable item and confirmed placing an order. The report did not prove that clearing cookies or switching devices fixed it, nor that purchased parts were installed successfully. Current stock, manual invoices and any later price adjustment require separate verification; do not reuse old restock guesses or promises.
A palm-rest kit appears missing from a Haptics shipment
For an order containing an Arcade2TV-XR/Tankstick VR Palm Rest Kit and an X-Force Haptics Kit, do not assume the palm rests ship separately merely because the order description says pre-order. Ask support to check the actual fulfillment record.
In a reviewed case, support checked the order and stated the palm rests were packed with the Haptics Kit, typically in a small bag taped to its packaging. Before discarding packing materials, check for an attached bag and look inside the surrounding packing material. If the parts are still absent, tell support what you received and provide the order ID and packaging photos so the missing-item report can be investigated.
This is a staff-described packing check; that customer did not confirm finding the parts. It is not a guarantee that every shipment uses identical packing or that another parcel is never required. Do not claim delivery, dispatch a replacement or promise compensation without a verified case-specific result.
A UPS Access Point destination is not yet a pickup-ready confirmation
In a reviewed international Haptics Kit shipment, repeated delivery attempts and an Access Point destination did not establish that the parcel was ready to collect. Support initially inferred pickup availability, but the customer visited the location and was told the parcel was still pending arrival. The customer later reached UPS, requested an Access Point change, and subsequently explicitly confirmed receiving the kit. The request and the final receipt were separate events.
Before travelling to collect a parcel, confirm the carrier's actual ready-for-collection status and the pickup location. A destination, pending-arrival entry, scheduled attempt or requested change is not a delivery or pickup confirmation. If the parcel is absent, send support the exact current status and what the pickup location reported, with tracking shared privately.
If My Choice or the carrier app has already failed or requires an InfoNotice number the customer has not received, report that exact blocker to carrier support and Xgaming support instead of repeating the same portal steps. Have the actual shipment and permitted recipient/sender options checked; this case does not establish that only recipients can always change delivery or that every restriction has the same cause. Warehouse escalation alone is not proof that the carrier accepted a change. Avoid promising a delivery date or refund without a verified case-specific result.
Installation tutorials are not shipment or delivery confirmation
For the separate X-Force Haptics Kit, support clarified in a reviewed delayed-preorder case that installation emails were automated preparation tutorials sent before the customer's kit was physically delivered. Receiving a tutorial does not mean that the warehouse has received stock, your order has shipped or the parcel has arrived.
Check the actual order's fulfillment/tracking record and current backorder notice, or reply to its confirmation email for a specific update. Keep warehouse arrival, dispatch and customer receipt separate. Historical batch estimates in an older support reply are not a current promised delivery date; report the current verified status instead.
